An herbaceous and bright fresh white cheese. This soft cheese is packed with fresh herbs and locally grown meyer lemon juice. It is perfect when added to potato salad or fresh pasta. It also makes a great spread on a toasted roll or any sandwich that embraces spring & summer. A must have on any charcuterie board served in the warmer months.
