Our Cookie Butter (Speculoos) Stroopvafel promises the delightful fusion of two thin waffle layers with a delectable, chewy syrup filling. Each bite offers the warmth of cinnamon with hints of nutmeg and cloves.
Where it all started
Stroopvafels are inspired by the classic Dutch stroopwafel - a delightful treat. Originating in South Holland in the late 18th Century, these “syrup waffles” are beloved in the Netherlands and cherished worldwide. We leave out the eggs, milk and dairy, offering a plant-based alternative without sacrificing the flavor of the original classic!
