Hot Mama Salsa - Calabrian Chili Paste

The Calabrian chili has been cultivated in southern Italy since the 16th century. It has a fruity, smoky flavor with a mouth-filling heat. Our version of this chili paste is made with Oregon-grown chilies and balanced with garlic, olive oil, and roasted tomatoes. Use it in pizza and pasta sauce, ragouts, on sandwiches, and to spice up grilled veggies!
