Established in 1997 in Seattle, WA, Field Roast offers classic deli flavors such as lentil sage, smoked tomato and wild mushroom, simply made from grains and vegetables. Since 1996, Seattle chef David Lee has been selling his Field Roasts to a natural food co-op deli. Enjoy them on sandwiches, salads, in appetizers and stir-fries.
