We craft this bar with heirloom cacao grown by Eco Cacao, a farmer co-operative in Ecuador that practices regenerative forestry – caring for the local jungle ecosystem in addition to the trees that produce their delicious cacao. A touch of crunchy nibs and pink salt from Peru’s Sacred Valley finish off this bold and beautiful extra dark chocolate.
